I do confess. I've been interested in dreams for longer than I can recall. I remember being two or three and having the yucky octopus in my bed. I followed my dreams and shared them with the female members of my family, fellow dream enthusiasts. I loved reading books on dream interpretation and tried using them to clarify my own dreams, but uh uh. No go. They were just too arch typical, vague, silly and scary. It didn't stop me from trying to figure them out, anyway.
Dream Journaling: I began journaling my dreams and have over twenty notebooks. As the years went on, I started automatic writing and channeling and I received personal interpretations along with some new arch typical keys. Through dreams, my spirit guides and I discovered past lives still bubbling up in my dreaming life that needed attention. Wow. It was a freaky, enlightening experience. It was like going to metaphysical college.
I have volumes of automatic writing on Dream Teachings and I'd be happy to share what I learned. If you had a dream you'd like to tell me about to see what can be garnered using the
keys I've learned so far.
I ask that you follow my example of recording and sending dreams. It is a simple system that has worked with me and many of my dream-freak friends who love doing dream experiments with me and my Dream Guides. We've had some pretty amazing synchronization.We've done some experiments in small groups using just our dream titles.
Title your dream. Think the dream through and give it a title, as if it is a book or movie. This is an exercise in itself since as you play the dream again through your mind, hidden meanings often emerge, or parts of the dream you thought you'd forgotten.
Later, just seeing the title can spur your mind to recall. We have used just titles to do synchy little poems just using a months worth of titles. When working with your family or friends, you can just do the titles of dreams if writing them down is too tedious.
Back to writing out your dreams to send as email. In the subject box, title it DREAM TITLE:and your title here. Send a copy to yourself and archive it and you'll have a nice online dream journal.
Next enter DATE OF DREAM: and NAME OF DREAMER: (ex.you, Mom, boyfriend, etc.)
Next enter DREAM: This is where the content of your dream is written out without interruptions. Save 'comments' for the end so that the reader isn't confused by what you dream and what you are interjecting. For example:
"I was in a big building and it looked like my cousin Jenny's. Jenny often has dreams of this place, too. Once she fell from the loft and can't look at a barn without seeing a ground coming at her."
Leave out the Jenny details. At the end of the body of the dream, write COMMENTS:here you can relate details or thoughts that might be pertinent. At the end of the dream actually write out -The End- If you want to experiment along with me and glean a few new ideas about the dream world, yours, mine and 'theirs', follow this form for sending your dream.
It doesn't have to be last nights dream to follow the formula of sending the dream. That is why I have 'Dreamer" and 'Date of dream'. I may be talking about a particular clue to look for in a dream to discover a past life or a future life, too. If you think you had one in the past, write it out and send it, even if it is old, old, old. Dreams that stick with us all our lives are obviously trying to tell us SOMETHING.
Here is a dream I had recently using the form I hope you'll use to send them to me, or just for yourself for your personal dream journaling. Have a lot of dream notebooks? Go back and read them and give them each a title. It is really a fierce walk down sub- and super= conscious lane!!

DATE OF DREAM:July 15, 2005
DREAMER:Dossie Bubble
TITLE: Ancient Children in the Attic
DREAM: I was witnessing my Grandfather and his siblings as they were climbing around rafters in an attic when they were children in 1920's era. Great Aunt Margaret or her daughter Carol Lee Bunk, fell through a rotted section. I was part of the action, yet not.
A female witch-type force-entity was about to come after us and scratch, gauge us. I could 'feel' her coming towards us but unable to see us. Just as she reached me, I awakened. Whew! -THE END
COMMENTS:Both my grandfather and his sister are long gone over to the otherside. I've automatic written to my grandfather but he is now reincarnated in Russia. This is a dream my Teachers did not help me understand so although it is three years later 'our time' I think I can glean something yet. Stay tuned!
